Canada – Radical Islam

leave a comment »

Islamic terrorists are our out in full force around the world. The Palm Sunday bombing killing 43 innocent souls at a Coptic church in Egypt, the Westminster bridge killing in London, the Saint Petersburg train attack killing 10 and injuring dozens are just a few of the most recent. The world has been plagued with terrorist attacks around the world. The good news is most of the Muslims are peaceful and do not support terror. The bad news is 15-25% of the 1.6 billion Muslims can be classified an Extreme Islamic Muslim . That’s a minimum of 150 million extremist shouting ‘Death for the sake of Allah’ are ready to fight for Islam. The worst part is they are not centralized in one area. These extremist are positioned all over the globe making it impossible to wage a successful traditional attack. This is really a screwed up position for the western world to be in. The questions are how did we get in this terrifying position and whats being done to ease the tension?

There is probably many reasons for why the Islamic terrorist threat grew so fast. One reason is that ISIS was able to recruit immigrants that were not being allowed into any of the 55 Muslim countries. Being country less, no money and no place to go these immigrants were glad to have an offer to be a citizen of the new caliphate. It didn’t matter that the Qur’an was being interpreted in a very selective way and that Islam was hijacked by extremists. When your down and out and only one person offers you a hand up you take it. The Arab would failed.

Not listening to the radicals have also put us behind the eight ball. The Islamic extremist have in the past blamed western foreign policy for all their problems. We (the people) believed if we eliminate these problems we would have peace. The grievances were just rhetoric, secondary to the real reason they hate us which is because we are infidels. They will  hate us until we all believe n Allah. The west simply failed to recognize this.

As Joe bieden said “you never let a good crisis go to waste”. In this case the Liberal left has used the Muslim immigration problem to their advantage. The Muslim migration crisis is a fit for the liberal ‘culture war’ that is being waged on western countries to destabilize their economies so they can be ushered into the boarderless society or the New World Order as some call it.

While the main street media the likes of CNN and CBC is spouting  out propaganda in the west, the Muslim countries are also deep in the propaganda war. They are telling their people it’s an act of self-defence to fight America. America wants to destroy us and is the cause of all our problems. It’s always the Wests fault. This is how the extreme Islamic leaders persuaded their followers to go and fight. By demonizing the West they are indoctrinating followers to their radical interpretations of the Qur’an and inciting hate to produce todays terrorist.

I’m sure you have heard that radical Islam only encompasses a small part of the 1.6 billion Muslims world-wide. Since there is no standard of measuring what percentage of the extremists are part of the 1.6 billion (Pew Research) I’m using 15% to 25% according to all the intelligence services around the world .  This could mean we are looking at up to 300 million people dedicated to the destruction of Western civilization. It’s really hard to wrap your head around the problem.

In 1938, just before world war 2, the British PM Neville Chamberlin thought he could have peace with Hitler. Through his appeasement foreign policy, Chamberlin conceded the Sudetenland region of Czechoslovakia to Hitler. The PM went back to Britain proclaiming a war had been averted and there was peace. Just a few months later Hitler attacked Poland and WW2 started. Chamberlin didn’t understand how radical Hitler was and gave him a huge advantage. History appears to be repeating itself. Radical Islam is demonizing the west like Hitler demonized the jews. Appeasement doesn’t work of radicals.

There is only one argument we can put forward to try to stem the forward momentum of these radical Islamists. We have to get the 75% liberal Muslim’s on our side, giving them safety from the crazies and a voice to counter the hate. We can’t lump them into the same boat as the extremist. If we do, that’s where they will end up. If they do side with the extremist we will have a catastrophic problem that will be impossible to solve.

Interesting video; Islam religion needs a review

Trudeau’s Immigrants

with one comment

Met a few friends in the mall a few days ago. Being conservative the conversation quickly turned to Trudeau’s pro Muslim immigration policies. During our lambasting of Trudeau I mention the Roman Empire was brought down because they didn’t accept the barbarian refugees. Maybe that was why the liberals were so pro Muslim. They didn’t want history to repeat itself.  The moment I said that I realized that’s wasn’t the case.

It’s true that the Romans couldn’t stand the barbarian’s and left them to starve with no food or land giving them no alternative but to attack Rome. But, unlike Islam the barbarian’s wanted to assimilate into the Roman culture. They wanted to be part of the good life. On the other hand many of the Islam faith want us to assimilate in their culture. Big difference.

Unfortunately the Romans lacked the foresight  to allow the barbarian’s to be apart of their society, so they got sacked ,putting them on the path to ruin. The Roman’s terrible treatment of immigrants is a good lesson to be learned of what not to do, but doesn’t  explain why the Liberals tolerate Islam immigration which can be intolerant to everything that isn’t Islam such as Christianity. Trudeau definitely seems to favours islamic immigrants.  A faith that many do not want to assimilate into the western culture. Why?

It seems to me the liberals distrain for Christianity and not other religions goes dates back  to the early 16th century. Since Liberalism was secular trapped inside an all-powerful Christian society, the liberals blamed Christianity for not being able to advance their ideas. Other religions like Islam, Buddhism etc. weren’t holding them back, so they tolerated them. Like Machiavelli, they didn’t believe that an ‘imaginary’ ideal society was a model which should be followed. The fact is, the Liberals have had a dislike for christians for centuries which might explain their reluctance to open the immigrations gates to them.

As far as Muslims go, I don’t  think that Liberals actually defend or favour Islam, but they are taking advantage of the crisis to further their political agenda especially against all things Christian (ex: Cadbury drops Easter from egg hunt). They acknowledge that there are many different Muslims who can have very different ideas about “Islam”. Unfortunately I think they have their heads in the fog. It’s as if they feel there could never be any problem with Muslim immigration. It’s as if  Trudeau thinks that a growing Muslim population can practise their faith in our  free society while effortlessly blending into our Canadian society. In many cases around the world it has been shown that it’s not so, especially in Britain.

Personally I believe Western values and laws are superior and must be thoroughly defended throughout our country and want Trudeau and his Liberal government to make sure all immigrants are willing to abide by OUR laws. I don’t want Sharia law Canada and don’t want religion in government.

Finally, we learned from the Romans that we must allow legitimate immigration into Canada.  I wouldn’t want to set up a situation where we paint all muslim’s with the same brush and exclude them from Canada. This could set up a situation where Muslims who interpret the Koran in a more peaceful meaning to pick sides. The estimated number of radicals are between 15-25% [of the Muslim population] according to all intelligence services around the world.  We don’t want to to isolate 75% of the Muslims that don’t advocate violence. We need them on our side.

Fake news and Lefty’s

leave a comment »

fake-news-2During the US presidential election it has become glaringly evident that the main stream media and the left have gone into overdrive with outrages claims against anybody or thing they felt as a threat to them. Having Wikileaks leak Clinton’s emails, the muslim immigration and open border policies exposed to the public just made the left and their media pals go nuts. All their dirty lies and scheming were exposed for all to see.  We now know we have been socially engineered by the many politicians, media and special interest groups financed by billionaires like George Soros for years. Unfortunately, even today, the vast majority of Canadians and Americans still have no idea what globalism is or how the UN agendas are eroding their way of life and freedoms. The big media and politicians just avoid talking about their real agenda leaving us in the dark with no say in our future.

It’s really nothing new that the media and politicians try to manipulate the public. They have been doing it for decades. Its only recently been noticeable that a concentration of news media is now run by liberal thinking corporations and executives that control about 90% of the information flowing to the public. Back in 1798 the US government of the day passed the Alien and Sedition Act criminalizing false statement against the government. If you disagreed with the government and spoke up you were screwed. Today, like in 1798, we hear calls from media tor jailing people criticizing liberal ideas like global warming and Muslim immigration. In France you can be jailed for disagreeing or criticizing abortion. As far back as 1861 Abraham Lincoln accused the news papers of bias and ordered many closed. It’s not that bias hasn’t been around brainwashing the public one way or another for decades, the problem is that far to many media has fallen under control of the liberal influence. The conservative group seems to have fallen asleep and just let it happen. The consequences of lazy conservatives is the public is getting a heavy dose of liberalism. The left thinking juggernaut positioned themselves very well over the years by snapping up media companies allowing them to fake the news, if necessary, to suit their narrative. The gullible public just soaks it up.

Today, editors and reporters with similar views that agree with the corporate liberal elite are hired. Anyone that doesn’t toe the line has a good chance of being fired or shuffled to the sidelines. Sort of a self censorship. Bottom line, the media has become a left leaning monopoly because no one bothered to stop them. Even newer companies like Facebook and Twitter are censoring fake news, meaning conservatives that don’t fit their Liberal narrative.

I think its critical that the public has some balance in the news they are receiving. The consolidation of the news media has only given us an illusion of choice. Even if we have two opposing bias sides (which is most likely the only option) spewing their own rhetoric like the olden days , it’s better than the one sidedness we have today. At least we can start a real discussion. Conservatives have to wake up and start supporting conservative media with their viewership and dollars if were ever going to get a balance in the news we are receiving.

Alberta – What happened to Our Champions?

with one comment

imageIt’s been over a year since Notley and the NDP have taken the reins of Alberta power. In this short period of time the NDP has scared investment out of the oil sands, approved a new business killer carbon tax, cancelled cheap electricity by phasing out coal-fired power plants eliminating hundreds jobs and managed to take Alberta to the highest unemployment in decades. Over the past year, 104,000 full-time jobs were lost in Alberta with Calgary leading the pack with the worst unemployment rate of 33 municipalities. Very scary indeed.  Obama said it all when he stated ‘we have enough’,meaning it’s time for nations of less to take over the lead. The provincial NDP and the federal Liberals seem to be following his lead by devaluing our way of life by slowing our growth, high taxes and running up debt. I would have thought by now the leaders of the conservative minded opposition parties would be out in force organizing mass protest to stop this Liberal/NDP madness. But there not.

With the UN Agenda 21 moving along at full speed and its federal counterpart UN agenda 2030 that just got underway in 2015 (with hardly any media coverage), Canada and the world is in the final innings to having an organization similar to the EU legal structure that was  formed December 2009 by the Lisbon Treaty with its base in Brussels. The EU community has extended powers ( The 3 Pillars) over its members (community affairs, security, police etc.) that I would expect the UN would have over us.

I’m sure we are all aware, the EU is in shambles. For all the hype building up the EU in 1993, this experiment in just 23 years has been a dismal failure with extremist immigration and bankrupt countries topping the list. This failed experiment I don’t want to see coming to Canada,  but with the liberal and NDP governments we have governing Canada it appears we are on a fast track to join the party , following the EU example.

I can’t remember how many time I’ve heard people ask why environmentalist are singling out Alberta oil sands and pipelines and leaving other country’s unscathed. We only have to look at the UN 2030 agreement 7.2 for the reason.image

The UN Goal 7 ensures access to affordable, reliable, sustainable and modern energy for all.  A  commendable goal. However, 7.2 of this goal increases the share of renewable energy into the global mix mostly at the expense of fossil fuels. It’s now become obvious the share of renewables is at the expense of the Alberta oil sands. Alberta’s the looser.

What galls me is this was being discussed several years before it was agreed to in 2015. At the very least the PC government could have done was give Albertans heads up that the oil sands and coastal pipelines were in conflict with the UN agenda on energy. Useful information when you’re planing your careers.

UN Goal 7
7.1 By 2030, ensure universal access to affordable, reliable and modern energy services
7.2 By 2030, increase substantially the share of renewable energy in the global energy mix
7.3 By 2030, double the global rate of improvement in energy efficiency
7.a By 2030, enhance international cooperation to facilitate access to clean energy research and technology, including renewable energy, energy efficiency and advanced and cleaner fossil-fuel technology, and promote investment in energy infrastructure and clean energy technology
7.b By 2030, expand infrastructure and upgrade technology for supplying modern and sustainable energy services for all in developing countries, in particular least developed countries, small island developing States, and land-locked developing countries, in accordance with their respective programmes of support.

So, where are our champions? Why aren’t our Alberta politicians bringing this discussion to Albertans? Most likely many are to afraid of being called right-wing conspiracy theorists to explain how the UN policies will affect our living standards in the future. With few Alberta’s having heard of the UN Agenda’s it’s very hard to have a dialogue. This lack of public education falls on the head of the Alberta PC party who held power in Alberta for 40 years. They did nothing to educate the public. So here we stand, shocked, that Alberta is landlocked, not able to ship our oil over seas.

Today we have the Alberta politicians talking about uniting the right, unemployment, taxes etc. The usual stuff. I want more. I want our politicians to tell us what the plan is for Alberta to fit in to our new worldly environment. Albertans need this information to plan their futures.

Alberta – NDP’s Dishonest Tax

with one comment

imageWhen I was a kid I was told we were entering into another ice age. Time magazine, Newsweek, Chicago Tribune, just to mention a few, hammered us on global cooling. As the years passed the scare seemed to fade away until the 1990’s when new computer models started telling us the facts are in and the earth is warming, not cooling. Man made CO2 was the biggest culprit and had to be controlled. Today I  just read that scientists are now considering the climate ‘Science’ evidence is pointing to global cooling. After being assured for years that the science for global warming was indisputable and CO2 was causing global warming, and humans were the culprits, here we are back to thinking about global cooling. Well, I’ve had enough of this man-made climate clap trap. It’s obvious that the science of climate change hasn’t been settled. I think man has very little to do with the changing climate and the climate change rhetoric is just a clever government scheme to introduce a carbon tax to transfer wealth.

It’s interesting to note humans contribute only  3.4% to the total atmospheric CO2 levels which stands at just 0.04% of imagethe total atmosphere. The fact is,  99% of the atmosphere is made up of nitrogen and oxygen. Man made CO2 only contributes approximately 0.0037% of the total atmospheric CO2  levels. This is such a small amount I find it highly unlikely and laughable that any scientist is suggesting this additional man-made CO2 absorbs enough heat to raise the planets temperature.  There is simply no way man contributes enough CO2 for it to absorb enough escaping heat to affect our planet whether it’s cooling or warming.  Climates models are simply out of sink with real observations. Earth’s climate is far too complex to make an accurate guess at how it works. The sun has far more effect on our planet than any CO2 man contributes.

If it wasn’t for the economic damage this CO2 fallacy is causing I wouldn’t really care what people believe. Unfortunately where I live in Alberta Canada, we have a left-wing environmental government (NDP) bringing in a carbon tax that will affect all business and industry. The carbon levy on man-made carbon ( approximate 0.0037% of the earths atmosphere) will be included in the price of all fuels that emit greenhouse gases when combusted. These include transportation and heating fuels such as diesel, gasoline, natural gas and propane. The Alberta carbon tax will suck $6 billion out of  taxpayer pocket and put into the governments pocket so they can divide it up to their pet projects. Ironically by the government’s own admission, their climate tax plan will not lead to significant greenhouse gas reductions if any. I can understand if we were going to be taxed because the government wants more money for infrastructure, but pretending they are saving the planet by reducing CO2 is just dishonest.

imageThe only saving grace Alberta might have is a change in government in 2019 to a conservative minded government. Since Alberta has one conservative (Wild Rose) and a progressive Conservative party splitting the vote allowing the socialist NDP to gain a majority , it’s anybody’s guess who will form the next government. In the mean time Albertans are going have to suffer in the name of climate change.

Alberta – No Outrage

Alberta coal  phase out will begin by 2018

Albertans seem to be following a trend of passiveness. It doesn’t seem to matter what the NDP come out with , Albertans barely give it a thought then move on with their day. I would have thought that after a year with the NDP at the helm vilifying our natural resources , shutting down coal-fired generators and introducing new taxes in a time of hardship for many, would have stirred up Albertans to be out in mass protesting . But it isn’t the case. No indignation! No outrage. The Alberta masses seem to be asleep.

There has been some energetic groups and individuals like the ones that sponsored the protest against TIm Horton’s for not supporting the Alberta Oil Sands. Even though Tim’s enjoys taking our money, they publicly slam our major oil industry that creates thousands of jobs for Albertans. Albertans should have been, and still should be outraged and shown up in mass at the organized protest. Instead only around 50 showed up in Calgary. In fact Calgarians walked right past the protesters into Tim’s for their caffeine fix. The same happened for boycotting Chiquita banna, Lush bath products. Albertans kept right on buying.  With 4 millions Albertans there should be massive turnouts to protect our jobs. Albertans don’t seem to really care. No solidarity to protect Alberta jobs and industry .

How about the billions in lost oil projects in large part due to the Alberta NDP’s derogatory views on oil. Usually when Alberta has a downturn in oil price the projects keep us afloat until prices recover. Billions in lost oil projects that virtually went unprotested by the public. Over 100,000 jobs wiped out and the masses just shrugged it off. Even though Alberta produces less that 1/10th of the world’s co2, and cutting our industry back will do nothing to save the planet, the Alberta NDP keep devastating Alberta jobs by shutting  down our coal-fired generating plants, halting oil sands projects and burdening  industry with a new carbon tax. We are being beaten down by NDP, and Albertans seem indifferent.

All but a few politicians and business leaders are standing up to stop the NDP madness. We get a few weak speeches about our health care or budget woes. A little outrage over transgender bathrooms, but no real leadership and passion to make Alberta shine again. It’s like they have all capitulated to the liberal globalization dream. Very disappointing.

By the number of petitions I get sent to me , it appears this is the new protest tool being used to voice dissatisfaction. Although petitions have their place with small companies, it’s not enough to sway today’s NDP. If Albertans want their  prosperity back , they will have to voice their outrage in mass public protests. Actually get out to the rallies. The NDP only laugh at petitions and small protests.

Conservatives are targets of a coordinated campaign by the left to push them out of the political debate. They mock conservatives by calling them racist, bigots, far right radicals. They get away with this because we let them. The left successfully organize mass protests demonizing conservative’s while conservative’s just sit back and do nothing. No outrage!

The next time a protest is organized to protest the Alberta NDP’s failure, get out and show your support and outrage. Your job might be on the block next.

Why PIck On Alberta?

Stockholm Conference 1972

Stockholm Conference 1972

As Trudeau, Notley, Coullard and BC Clark are dashing around to make some kind of deal to get Alberta oil to tidewater, the old question remains, ‘why is Alberta being picked on in the first place’. While Obama is handing out millions to African nations to build pipelines and Venezuela  is making deals with China to export their heavy oil, Alberta oil sands  have been demonized as being the worst thing since the anti-Christ. Since all other countries seem to be off the oil hook from the environmentalist wrath, it’s become obvious the real elite opposition has little to do about Alberta oil sands being dirty oil, but about sharing the natural resource wealth.

Back in 1972 at the Stockholm UN conference on the human environment, over 100 countries got together to come up with some common principles to preserve the human environment. This conference was the first UN environmental effort organized by Canada’s own Maurice Strong. Strong with the Club of Rome also floated the idea of global governance in the 1992 report ‘The First Global Revolution’. A year later the UN established the Commission of Global Governance. I guess we could say, thanks to Mr. Strong’s efforts , Alberta finds its oil landlocked.

The 1972 Stockholm conference declaration called upon all governments and people to preserve and improve the environment for the benefit of all people and outlined 26 principles that would be used as an outline for future conventions such as the UN agenda 21 and 2030. Principal 5 is the one that has plagued Alberta when it was established the oil sands were one of the worlds largest oil reserves concentrating massive wealth in the hands of the few. The idea of such wealth being controlled by a few in Alberta went against the idea of principal 5 which reads:

Principal 5

‘ The non renewable resources of the earth must be employed in such a way as to guard against the danger of their future exhaustion and to ensure that the benefits from such employment are SHARED by all mankind’

The argument isn’t about whether Alberta’s oil and pipelines are good or bad. It’s obvious that pipelines are a better way to ship oil than train or truck. It’s also obvious that oil is used in thousands of products and will be with us for decades to come. Why are Albertans and environmentalists debating the obvious when we should be talking about the real issue , how the oil profits are going to be split up to benefit all.

Alberta, BC, Quebec and the federal governments all believe in the principle, so it shouldn’t be hard to arrive at some agreement to get Alberta oil to tidewater. The only question is the cost to Albertans. By land-locking Alberta, I would think the intent was to force us to take what we can get. Having the NDP take power was a surprise bonus for the sharing group. With them in power there is no one to put up the good fight for the Alberta share.

Personally I think all pipeline negotiation should be put off until the next Alberta election. I believe Alberta should share the wealth, but I don’t trust the Rachel Notley’s NDP negotiating for us.
